PeerPower is an Erasmus+ project (KA220-HED) launched on 1 September 2025 and funded by the Nationale Agentur für Erasmus+ Hochschulzusammenarbeit (NA DAAD). The project strengthens peer-support structures for early-career researchers across Europe, addressing urgent needs for inclusion, resilience, and digital innovation in higher education and research training.

The kick-off meeting took place on 22 September 2025 at TIB in Hannover. Partners confirmed administrative and reporting procedures, set up the communication strategy, and scheduled regular monthly meetings.
Provide early academics and researchers with flexible pathways for their professional development with coaching and courses taught by experienced and active researchers across Europe.
