OEduverse: How to create the optimal environment for sustainable research careers?

In today’s competitive research landscape, it has become vital to develop skills for sustainable careers. Much information is available, but more often than not researchers lack guidance and a well-set compass on how to acquire the skills to break the patterns that hold them back. The interdisciplinary training programme of the OEduverse Summer School provides tailored training for researchers to adapt to their personal career needs with transferable skills in mental wellbeing, open science and communication.
This two hours, interactive event introduces and showcases OEduverse to support researchers in regaining agency and developing competence in changing their research environment to thrive. The researchers and trainer’s team at Oeduverse, welcome you to discuss and promote responsible research career practices to elicit sustainable and systemic change.
The event will be streamed live from the Central European University, Budapest and enable online participants to be part of the discussion.
Please note we do not sell tickets to this event and as this is an online workshop, we do not limit the number of participants. We will share the conference link with the registered participants a few days in advance.
