Pathways in career development for your researchers
Our token model allows research institutions and networks to provide PhDs, postdocs, and other research employees the flexibility to advance or enhance their skill set by their own determination. Tokens are simply allocated to each individual researcher and can be used for (live) virtual courses or future mentoring and coaching services.
